College of Computer Science and Business Communications eMPIRICA is a modern educational and scientific institution, which works on the development of a prestigious image nourishing a high level of academic, human and institutionalised values and relies on its own resources. We strive to high quality teaching, raising standards of studying, developing scientific research, developing and applying curricula according to Bologna principles and labour markets demands, ensuring good quality and nurturing moral values with every individual, both students and teachers.
Dual Slovenian-BiH degree, scientific knowledge and skills, as well as education in the field of acknowledged industry certification will enable our graduates to choose an employment in BiH, regional countries, EU countries and worldwide.
We educate students for the most sought after occupations in the job market. 90% of our graduates are employed in the profession, a significant number of them are employed by IT companies where they have conducted industrial practice, and also a significant number of them work for foreign IT companies. Some of our graduates continued their second cycle studies.

Distance learning methodology is successfully developed and applied for a long period of time. Our neighboring countries have accepted this methodology earlier so the time has come for Bosnian and Herzegovinians to start the wider application of this successful global practice. The teaching process has been devised to offer a selection between the two ways of studying: traditional studies enriched with e-learning elements and distance learning studies where we strongly rely on e-learning platform, eCampus, attractive multimedia educational contents and teaching staff educated for carrying out this modern way of studying.
The importance of lifelong learning is accentuated in several strategic EU and BiH documents.
